The Accidental Vampire (Argeneau Vampires, Book 7)I have been waiting for something new from Lynsay Sands for awhile now and just got this one early February. She was the very first vampire romance novelist I picked up, ever since that day, I've fallen head over heels for the genre.

The 7th book of the Argeneau Vampires series, and yes, I've kept up with this one and I'm really itching to buy all of them and reread them (and I'll review them as well...).

Now about this book, it was excellent; I found myself staying up extra late trying to finish it, I just couldn't put it down! Everything was great about this one... the love scenes, the humor, everything. Can you say "yummy"?

After an accident leaves Elvi Black a vampire without a sire, she's forced to learn everything there is to know about vampire life from Dracula...that means sleeping in coffins, avoiding garlic and sunlight like the plague, and the ultimate sin; giving up food. Little does she know that all theses things are just Hollywood garbage. Of course how is one to know when you're left with no recollection of how you were made and just abandoned like yesterday's newspaper. But when the lovely people of Elvi's small town secretly put out a personal ad in her name stating Elvi's looking for a soul mate to spend eternity with, she never thought she'd get to ask all her vampire questions to someone as downright gorgeous as Victor Argeneau.

An Enforcer for the vampire council, Victor shows up along with DJ Benoit to see what kind of immortal would so openly break the rule of secrecy set forth by the Council by advertising in a singles' ad. It's utterly "Unbelievable." as DJ would say! What is Victor to do when he finds out about Elvi's unconventional turn? Will ignorance of the law be enough to get Elvi off the hook? Or will Victor be forced to take action? Read and find out!

Take care,

Josie
